There’s plenty of work to do to the exterior of the house and Richie has done a great job. He’s replaced all the rotten siding, rebuilt the front fence along the driveway, rebuilt the atrium frame, repaired the roofs over all the walkways, tore down the dividing fence in the courtyard which lead to rebuilding the inside walls, rebuilt all the exterior light boxes that illuminate the house, repaired and capped all the roof supporting beams, replaced all french drains and added new guttering, and will be replacing all the fencing and gates in the front and back yards. (I’m exhausted just typing it all!)
Just a reminder: We are DIY’ers and in no way are trying to give advice or instructions on how to repair your home. We just love doing the work ourselves and it usually turns out pretty darn good.
