The Goode Ole Days – 1971

A LOOK BACK
As we work on our wonderful home, I often think of the architect and his wife and the life they must have enjoyed here. I know from many of their friends that their home was so important to them… and they loved it.

We love it too, and were so pleased that when we bought the house we not only received all the architectural drawings but also a notebook of pictures that were taken when they lived in the house. The pictures were obviously printed off of someone’s home computer printer, so the quality is pretty bad… but you can certainly get a feel for how they lived in their home. So I took an afternoon and scanned each page and cut them into individual photos. The text on the photos was printed on these pictures when we got them.

So enjoy looking through pictures of their home, just as it was, in the Goode ole days!
